Our Mission

Our goals

01

Establish an "Each One, Teach One" Mentorship Network

The aim is to bridge the gap between education and community impact. This goal focuses on creating a formal pipeline where skilled professionals and educated youth are paired with community members to transfer practical knowledge.

02

Launch Local "Resource-First" Innovation Challenges

Consistent with your mission to solve problems with available resources, this goal shifts the mindset from "waiting for aid" to "creating solutions."

03

Develop a "Duala Legacy" Community Upscaling Hub

To honor Mr. Kwame Adjoku Otchere, the foundation needs a physical or digital focal point for productivity.

How it all started

The Duala Foundation honors the humanitarian legacy of Mr. Kwame Adjoku Otchere by empowering communities to embrace a solution-oriented mindset. We mentor youth to channel their education and passion into local problem-solving, fostering self-reliance and improved livelihoods. Through our "each one, teach one" philosophy, we combine raw potential with advanced skills to uplift the inner self. We carry forward Duala’s mission: inspiring individuals to reach higher, do more, and lead their own change.
